- In the UK, on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our servers, database and backups are in the UK. Some providers, such as Google and Stripe, may process limited data outside the UK, with the safeguards set out in our privacy policy.
Making a request about your data
Access, correction, deletion, objection or a copy to take elsewhere: the route is the same for all of them.
- Email hello@trophyapp.co.uk and say what you need. There is no form and no particular wording to get right.
- We may ask for something that confirms it is you, so your data is never handed to someone else.
- We answer within one month, normally free of charge. If the request is about a tournament someone else organised, we may involve the organiser, because they decided what was collected.
