No. They tap the link or type the code into their phone and they are in. No app to download and no account needed to join or score. Players can create a free account if they want to keep past tournaments and results.
One event with several age groups in it. U8s and U9s on Saturday morning, U10s and U11s in the afternoon, girls on Sunday. Each gets its own table and trophies, all under one code. Free while we are in beta.

Under-16s never need an account or an email address. A coach or parent holds the record, and names show as a first name and initial on anything public.
