Accessibility statement
We want organisers, players, helpers and supporters to be able to use Trophy whatever device, input method or access need they bring.
Last updated: 10 September 2026Our target
We are working towards WCAG 2.2 AA for the public website and the core product journeys. This is a target and not a claim that every page or third-party service currently meets every success criterion.
What we do
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels and keyboard focus states.
- Keep content present without requiring animation or JavaScript to understand the page.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences and use transform and opacity for non-essential motion.
- Design score, rank and timing interfaces with stable dimensions and readable contrast.
- Test at mobile widths and with keyboard navigation as features change.
Known limitations
Some public tournament boards, embedded identity flows and payment screens depend on third-party or organiser-provided content. A surface diagram may be decorative and is paired with text labels where it conveys information. We are continuing to improve error messaging, screen-reader announcements for live updates and the accessibility of complex draw visualisations.
Feedback and alternatives
Tell us what did not work, which page you were using, your device or assistive technology and what outcome you needed. Email hello@trophyapp.co.uk. We will provide information in a practical alternative format where we can.
