Cookies and similar technologies
Trophy keeps the list short. We use what the service needs and explain what third-party services may add.
Last updated: 10 September 2026Essential session cookie
trophy_session keeps an organiser signed in between requests. It is an httpOnly, secure session cookie where the environment supports it, with a limited lifetime. Without it, account features cannot work.
Theme preference
trophy.theme is browser local storage rather than a cookie. It remembers whether you chose system, light or dark mode. It does not identify you or track you across websites.
Identity and payment providers
Google Identity Services and Stripe may set cookies or use similar browser storage when you choose those services. Their processing is governed by their own notices. You can avoid those integrations by using the available alternative sign-in or payment route.
Analytics and advertising
The current Trophy website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this page and any consent experience will be updated before optional tracking is enabled.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage and cookies through your browser settings. Clearing the session cookie signs you out. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and authenticated features from working.
